If he needs to formalize the agreement, a recent agreement and recent thought for the new agreement is needed.
(e) Contract helpful to Minor; A minor is entitled to enforce a contract that is of some profit to him. A minority may be a personal privilege and a minor will profit from it and bind different parties.
(f) Minor as associate degree agent. A minor may be appointed associate degree agent, however, he's not in person answerable for any of his acts.

A person not satisfying any of those 2 conditions isn't treated an individual of sound mind
Other Disqualified Persons.
